Generally, all dry ingredients (which are pre-measured to save time and reduce wasted ingredients) & any decorations required are all included in our baking kits. Depending on the type of baking kit, you may have to add some wet ingredients, such as eggs, butter, milk, etc. You will also require standard bakeware & kitchen tools such as cake tins, bowls, sieve, whisk, etc.

All our baking kits contain easy step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. Check the back of the recipe card for tips & tricks.
The Kiwi Bake Box is aimed at bakers of all levels, with a challenging & fun component to them. The Get Baking Box contains easier recipes with more simple ingredients. Alternatively the Star Baker Box has a little more technical recipes and premium ingredients required.

No not yet sorry. It is our intention to explore gluten free, keto, sugar free, dairy free and egg free options, to name a few. If you have any allergen or diet friendly recipes to share, we would love to hear about them.
Ingredients in our baking kits may be made & packaged on equipment that also processes products containing peanuts tree nuts. Most of our kits will contain gluten & will required eggs & dairy. They also may occasional contain nuts or nut products & chocolate may contain soy & dairy. In these cases, information will be clearly shown in the description section on our site for that fortnight's baking kit, as well as on the nutrition panel on the recipe cards in the baking kits.

Yes. We understand that sometimes, one of our recipes might not be your cup of tea, so we offer our subscribers the flexibility to skip a box should they wish. At the beginning of each fortnight, we'll send you an email notification. If you're happy with that fortnight's box, sit back, relax & do nothing. If you would like to take up this skip option, login to your account on our website and choose the 'skip' option.

Currently we only ship with New Zealand. If you live overseas you can send to loved ones within New Zealand.

Yes, definitely! When your box is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification email so that you can follow your parcel's journey.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours before you may see the tracking details, so please check back the next day. If you still don't see anything, please email us at hello@kiwibakebox.co.nz or fill out the form on our contact page & we will assist as best as we can.

Yes, just log into your account and change your details. All address change requests must be made before the cut of day (Friday midnight) each fortnight, otherwise the following fortnight's box will be shipping to the existing address.
